Jasmine & Jack at Chapel Ridge

On the 1st of February, Jasmine and Jack were married at the beautiful Chapel Ridge on the Central Coast. Their day was everything they hoped for filled with love, connection and happiness.

We had the pleasure of catering their reception and bringing our signature style of refined, relaxed dining to life. With a team of six staff members, we delivered a smooth and seamless service that allowed the couple and their guests to focus on the celebration.

The couple chose a classic alternate drop menu, designed to suit the season and the relaxed style of the day.

Entrée

  • Chargrilled chorizo with maple roasted carrot, shaved slaw, charred corn and sumac seeds

  • Slow cooked chicken with maple roasted carrot, shaved slaw, charred corn and sumac seeds

Main Course

  • Rosemary roasted lamb with potato and parmesan gratin, tomato salsa, tzatziki and crispy eshallots

  • Roasted porchetta with potato and parmesan gratin, tomato salsa, apple chutney and toasted sesame
